01 What's included in your managed IT support?

It varies depending on what you need, but typically: proactive monitoring of your systems, prompt helpdesk support, security patching, and regular IT health checks. We'll always spell out exactly what's covered before anything is agreed.

02 How quickly do you respond when something goes wrong?

Fast. Our average call queue time is under 50 seconds and average ticket initial response is 9.5 minutes. We understand that IT outages are a critical issue for businesses, and our mission is to get you back up and running at lightspeed.

03 Do I need to sign a long contract?

No. We offer both managed support contracts and on-demand help with no commitment. Our contract clients tend to stick around because they want to, not because they have to.

04 Can you support us if we're not based in the South West?

Many, but not all, of our clients are based in Devon and across the South West. For cloud-based systems and remote support we can work with businesses further afield. Give us a call and we'll be honest about whether we're the right fit.

05 We already have an internal IT person - can you still help?

Absolutely. A lot of our clients have someone in-house and use us to fill the gaps - extra capacity, specialist knowledge, or cover outside normal hours. We're happy to work alongside your existing team rather than replace them.

06 Is my data safe if I use cloud backup?

Yes. Our cloud backup solutions use encrypted, geographically redundant storage, so your data is protected even if something happens locally. We'll walk you through exactly how it works before anything is set up.

07 How does your pricing work?

Fixed monthly fee, priced per-user or per-device depending on what fits. No pre-purchased bundles of hours - it is fundamentally wrong to charge a customer more for taking longer, or for doing a bad job. You get a transparent quote after a free on-site consultancy visit.
