We offer a full virus removal service for home users from our easy to access office in Exeter.  Just drop your PC or Laptop into us where our highly skilled and friendly engineers can identify and clean any virus/trojan/malware or rogue antivirus infecting your system.

Step 1: Give us a call on 01392 457120 and describe whats happening.

Step 2: If it sounds like a virus, for just £15 we'll take a look at your system at our Exeter offices.

Step 3: For a further £35 we can then clear the virus and ensure your PC is protected.

(NB. In some cases its not possible to clean a severe infection without a system rebuild.  You will be given the option of a complete system rebuild if the infection is too severe to clean, for a total of £85.)

Will I lose my data?

We're well aware of the horror stories where people take their PC or Laptop to a large retail chain for virus removal and get their system back only to find all of their photographs, email and music have been deleted! Our engineers are very mindful of this and will fully backup all of your personal data prior to any virus clean or system rebuild.

Will I get infected again?

Its impossible to guarantee 100% protection against the various strains of virus/trojan/malware infections out there, however as well as cleaning the infection present on your PC or Laptop, we'll also make every effort to ensure your system is protected from future infections.  Our engineers will make sure the latest version of Microsoft Security Essentials is installed and up to date, as well as applying all critical Windows Updates.  We'll also advise you on best practices to avoid future virus infections.
